This ‘Hefequinoa' is a Hefeweizen done gluten-free. Like the German-style, it is light and refreshing with fruity esters and yeast driven flavors of banana and clove. The Aurochs Hefe weighs in at 5% ABV and is brewed with pale millet and a mix of lightly roasted millet and quinoa malts.

Latin for lucky, this Bohemian style pilsner lager is named in honor of JP and Amelia’s first child, Felix. This pilsner is smooth and clean with a balanced hop flavor. Brewed with sorghum, brown rice, Belgian-style candi sugar, Czech Saaz hops, Oregon Magnum hops, yeast, and water. Made in the classic Pilsner style, this beer is brewed under strict temperature control and lagered (laid up) for two weeks.

American IPAs are known for their citrusy hop punch, but we cranked up the juice on this one! Brewed with a blend of Cascade and Horizon hops, then dry hopped with Altus hops, codenamed “Experimental Grapefruit”, this IPA is a serious citrus bomb. Lively and bright, bracingly bitter, and eminently refreshing, you’ll wish it grew on trees!

The Glutenberg Double IPA is an instant classic with a sweet bitterness.
Here is the long awaited return of an instant classic: the Glutenberg Double IPA. Putting several types of hops in the spotlight (Simcoe, Citra and Amarillo), his nose is distinguished by a scent of resin and tropical fruits. These aromas persist in the mouth, supported by a silky base with hints of orange and pineapple.
The Glutenberg Gose can be qualified as a sour beer, a type of beer that has gained overwhelming popularity in the world of craft brewing.
Its lime and lemon aromas are enriched by the floral and fruity profile of Mandarina Bavaria hops and by a touch of acidity resulting from lactobacilli fermentation. Finally, a pinch of sea salt gives the Gose sweet and salty notes, resulting in a tangy beer with a dry and bold finish.

Brewed with Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops, the Session IPA is a refreshing and easy-to-drink beer for all occasions. From the top of its 4.5 % ABV, this beer as a beautifull hazy straw-colored dress with a suprising scent of citrus and very marked madarin. On the palate, we can distinguish notes of pineapple, lime and flowers, as well as a subtile bitterness on the finish.
Glutenberg’s Stout is distinguished by its opaque black colour, as well as by its powerful aromas of cocoa and roasted cereals.
Robust notes of espresso coffee, dark chocolate and ripe fruit conferred by the dark malt give it a pleasant length in the mouth that will not leave Stout lovers indifferent.
This is a very unique interpretation of a classic style of Belgian inspiration. Traditionally brewed from wheat, the genre has been completely redesigned in the Glutenberg way in order to present a 100% gluten-free and 100% wheat-free beer, a real tour de force whose recipe only we have!
The Glutenberg White is distinguished by its composition of quinoa and amaranth which, while giving it a strong grainy profile, ensures a long lasting taste. Soft and refreshing, with hints of coriander and curaçao, the White is the perfect nectar to quench your summer thirst.
Dark Ale uses very dark, espresso-like roasted chestnuts and lentils along with dark Belgian-style candi for a roasty flavor and aroma with notes of chocolate and dark fruits.
IPA No. 5 is brewed with roasted chestnuts, roasted lentils, and Belgian-style candi sugar. Crystal and Santiam hops are used during the boil and for dry-hopping. Crystal hops bring the classic Northwest IPA pine and citrus notes while Santiam adds hints of tropical and stone fruits.
Olallie is brewed with blackberries and rose hips and then finished with copious amounts of Crystal hops for a classic Northwest aroma. Olallie is made light and dry with only a hint of bitterness.

A “traditional” Wit style beer is named in reference to the white color of the beer. When made with gluten containing ingredients, wheat is a primary part of the grain bill. Because Holidaily uses only gluten-free ingredients, a play on the use of Buckwheat as an alternative grain led to the name of BuckWit Belgian.
The best friend of Holidaily Founder’s husband, Fat Randy is a Colorado guy through and through. Not fat, though called Fat Randy for more than 20 years, Holidaily wanted to give the guy a break and name a beer after him. Fat Randy’s IPA comes complete with a label designed after an epic ski fall you can watch on YouTube.
The Grandfather of Holidaily Brewing Company Founder, Karen Hertz, called her his Favorite Blonde. He was a small town optometrist and the design of the can is in honor of him.
Patchy Waters is the name of a beloved family sailboat that has carried many memories, from early summer to late autumn every year. Drift into the change of seasons with a smooth pumpkin ale brewed with organic pumpkin and a blend of fall spices.
Riva the Bernese Mountain Dog was named after a ski run at Vail Resort called Riva Ridge. One of the original trails and the longest single run on Vail Mountain, it was named by a Vail founder who was a member of the 10th Mountain Division for the battle they fought in the Italian Apennines during World War II. The design is a nod to the run as well as the history behind the name.
