Ripped Jeans & Wolf Shirts
This double dry-hopped hazy IPA is an ode to our two brewers' preferred attire and bursts with a beautiful orange citrus flavor and aroma. It is packed with Columbus, Centennial, Citra, and Simcoe hops.

Rustic Badger

Baker Street Porter

Felix Pilsner
Latin for lucky, this Bohemian style pilsner lager is named in honor of JP and Amelia’s first child, Felix. This pilsner is smooth and clean with a balanced hop flavor. Brewed with sorghum, brown rice, Belgian-style candi sugar, Czech Saaz hops, Oregon Magnum hops, yeast, and water. Made in the classic Pilsner style, this beer is brewed under strict temperature control and lagered (laid up) for two weeks.

Lucky IPA
An uncommonly smooth IPA. Malt and toffee flavors mask the initial hop flavor but Amber IPA has a delightful bitterness from hops that lingers on the tongue. Brewed with sorghum, Belgian-style candi syrup, beet sugar, tapioca maltodextrin, magnum hops, amarillo hops, yeast, and water.

Rendezvous Double IPA
Brewed with Mosaic hops and buckwheat honey, this juicy, citrucy IPA has been in high demand this spring.

Ghostfish's 11th anniversary release — a SODO-flavored steel IPA marking a milestone year that also brought their acquisition of the former Pike Brewery production facility.

Fresh Hop IPA
Each year during hop harvest in Washington, we select different hops to showcase in these limited releases. This year's fresh hop beer features 300 lbs of fresh picked Chinook hops from Washington's Chelan Valley Hops. Whole-cone hops harvested on brew day and put into the kettle to create liquid gold!

Ghost Pepper Saison
Our hottest summertime tradition is back! Every summer we can’t wait to brew this sizzling farmhouse style ale using one of the hottest peppers in the world - the ghost pepper! But, don’t let that scare you off! Earthy, spicy notes from these ghost peppers are balanced with fruity esters from Belle Saison yeast, and herbal, citrus notes from Cascade and Mt. Hood hops. This is an ideal companion to your backyard barbecues, long rugged hikes, and sunny lakeside picnics. Especially complementary for marinades and other cooking uses. Get it while it’s hot!

Gosefish Hibiscus-Cranberry Gose
“Gosefish?” It was a pun too obvious to resist, making it the perfect name for a beer that’s just too good to resist! With its vivid pink hue, this beer has a refreshing blend of tart cranberry, tropical hibiscus, coriander, and a hint of salt - it's sure to hook you!

American IPAs are known for their citrusy hop punch, but we cranked up the juice on this one! Brewed with a blend of Cascade and Horizon hops, then dry hopped with Altus hops, codenamed “Experimental Grapefruit”, this IPA is a serious citrus bomb. Lively and bright, bracingly bitter, and eminently refreshing, you’ll wish it grew on trees!
Tasting Notes: The grapefruit character of this beer is more “grapefruit rind” than grapefruit juice. Bracing and bright with a pungent grapefruit aroma and a powerful citrusy bitterness. A real hop bomb!

It Came From The Haze
It Came From The Haze is a series of rotating Hazy IPAs, each with a new hop blend. Number 7 is here!
Series #7 is liquid sunshine brewed with Belma Hop Hash and dry-hopped with NZ Green Bullet and Idaho 7 hops. It elicits tropical fruit, citrus, floral, and pine aroma with subtle notes of melon, strawberry, and dark fruits. Taste the complexities of herbs and pine while you hunt Sasquatch hidden in the label.

American Pale Ale
American Pale Ale is Glutenberg's first foray into the world of hopped beers. A tasty concoction with citrus notes, this beer perfectly demonstrates the versatility of the brewery. Its aromas of orange and grapefruit gently temper the frank character of American hops, giving it a fine touch of bitterness in passing. The result is a delectable beer that is balanced, resinous and full of body.

Blonde
Glutenberg Blonde is the proud instigator of the range, pioneer of real good gluten-free beer. Airy and lemony, it has a golden robe revealing floral and slightly herbaceous notes, giving way to a dry and tasty finish. The brewery's first official creation, it paved the way for success and still asserts itself today as a thirst-quenching beer that knows how to charm all palates.

Double IPA
The Glutenberg Double IPA is an instant classic with a sweet bitterness.
Here is the long awaited return of an instant classic: the Glutenberg Double IPA. Putting several types of hops in the spotlight (Simcoe, Citra and Amarillo), his nose is distinguished by a scent of resin and tropical fruits. These aromas persist in the mouth, supported by a silky base with hints of orange and pineapple.

Gose
The Glutenberg Gose can be qualified as a sour beer, a type of beer that has gained overwhelming popularity in the world of craft brewing.
Its lime and lemon aromas are enriched by the floral and fruity profile of Mandarina Bavaria hops and by a touch of acidity resulting from lactobacilli fermentation. Finally, a pinch of sea salt gives the Gose sweet and salty notes, resulting in a tangy beer with a dry and bold finish.
Please note that the Gose is an unfiltered beer.

IPA
Glutenberg IPA is a dream come true for lovers of micro-brewed beers. A real little flavor bomb, it presents a perfect harmony between citrus aromas, the freshness of hops and bitterness. This beer guarantees a smooth entry into the mouth, releasing notes of apricot and sweet caramel. Its exaggerated dry side makes its bouquet of flavors shine and ensures good aromatic persistence. To be consumed fresh and in large quantities!

Red Ale
Proudly echoing English brown ales, the Glutenberg Red is renowned for its great complexity, both in its manufacture and in its taste. Brewed from two types of chestnuts, each requiring its own specific roasting method, this smooth beer with a hint of toasted nuts reveals a unique coffee and caramel taste. She stands out in all the charts, with good reason!

Session IPA
Brewed with Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops, the Session IPA is a refreshing and easy-to-drink beer for all occasions. From the top of its 4.5 % ABV, this beer as a beautifull hazy straw-colored dress with a suprising scent of citrus and very marked madarin. On the palate, we can distinguish notes of pineapple, lime and flowers, as well as a subtile bitterness on the finish.

Stout
Glutenberg’s Stout is distinguished by its opaque black colour, as well as by its powerful aromas of cocoa and roasted cereals.
Robust notes of espresso coffee, dark chocolate and ripe fruit conferred by the dark malt give it a pleasant length in the mouth that will not leave Stout lovers indifferent.

99 Light
A crisp light American lager with modest malt and hop character — 92 calories per serving and gluten-free by recipe.

Czechia Later
A returning Bohemian-style pilsner with grainy maltiness and a spicy, floral hop bouquet. Originally Ground Breaker's highest-selling release of 2025.

Dark Ale
Dark Ale uses very dark, espresso-like roasted chestnuts and lentils along with dark Belgian-style candi for a roasty flavor and aroma with notes of chocolate and dark fruits.

Fête à Têff
A whimsical lager brewed with whole-grain teff and Lórien hops. Graham-cracker maltiness with a wildflower-meadow hop aroma. Released March 2026 for SheBrew.

Inclusion
A bright, dry-hopped pale ale brewed to please a wide audience of craft beer drinkers — citrus and pine on a chestnut-and-rice base.

IPA NO. 5
IPA No. 5 is brewed with roasted chestnuts, roasted lentils, and Belgian-style candi sugar. Crystal and Santiam hops are used during the boil and for dry-hopping. Crystal hops bring the classic Northwest IPA pine and citrus notes while Santiam adds hints of tropical and stone fruits.

Olallie Ale
Olallie is brewed with blackberries and rose hips and then finished with copious amounts of Crystal hops for a classic Northwest aroma. Olallie is made light and dry with only a hint of bitterness.

Pale Ale
Pale Ale is brewed to be bright and crisp. We dry hop with Cascade and Meridian hops to provide a floral aroma with elements of citrus and pine.

Beulah Red Ale ®
Beulah Red Marble, quarried in Beulah, Colorado, is so rare that all the known marble was used in the Colorado capitol building. With color reminiscent of a mountain sunset, Beulah Red Ale® has toasted malt characteristics, notes of caramel, and a subtle floral hop aroma.

Big Henry
Big Henry is the trophy fish that’s always just out of reach. This beer is juicy and balanced, with waves of tropical notes and citrus. A gluten-free beer you never thought you’d land… Don’t let this one get away!

BuckWit Belgian
A “traditional” Wit style beer is named in reference to the white color of the beer. When made with gluten containing ingredients, wheat is a primary part of the grain bill. Because Holidaily uses only gluten-free ingredients, a play on the use of Buckwheat as an alternative grain led to the name of BuckWit Belgian.

Confidence Booster Juicy IPA
A juicy hazy IPA built around tropical and stone-fruit hops over a soft millet and rice base. Light haze, full mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Darty Lager
A clean, crushable American lager brewed with millet and rice for a crisp finish that pairs with sun, snow, or anything in between.

Fat Randy’s IPA
The best friend of Holidaily Founder’s husband, Fat Randy is a Colorado guy through and through. Not fat, though called Fat Randy for more than 20 years, Holidaily wanted to give the guy a break and name a beer after him. Fat Randy’s IPA comes complete with a label designed after an epic ski fall you can watch on YouTube.

Favorite Blonde Ale
The Grandfather of Holidaily Brewing Company Founder, Karen Hertz, called her his Favorite Blonde. He was a small town optometrist and the design of the can is in honor of him.

Fruited Blonde
Holidaily's Favorite Blonde Ale base, rotated with real fruit — Sweet Melon, Citrusy Passion Fruit, and Wild Tangerine in the variety pack.

Patchy Waters
Patchy Waters is the name of a beloved family sailboat that has carried many memories, from early summer to late autumn every year. Drift into the change of seasons with a smooth pumpkin ale brewed with organic pumpkin and a blend of fall spices.

Riva Stout
Riva the Bernese Mountain Dog was named after a ski run at Vail Resort called Riva Ridge. One of the original trails and the longest single run on Vail Mountain, it was named by a Vail founder who was a member of the 10th Mountain Division for the battle they fought in the Italian Apennines during World War II. The design is a nod to the run as well as the history behind the name.
