Debuting in 2018, the recipe For Baker Street Porter is a collaboration with GlutenFreeHomeBrewing.com. Rich chocolate and roasted malt flavors set this beer apart from the rest of our beers. Brewed with sorghum, malted millet, malted rice, hops, cacao nibs, yeast, and water.

An uncommonly smooth IPA. Malt and toffee flavors mask the initial hop flavor but Amber IPA has a delightful bitterness from hops that lingers on the tongue. Brewed with sorghum, Belgian-style candi syrup, beet sugar, tapioca maltodextrin, magnum hops, amarillo hops, yeast, and water.

Latin for lucky, this Bohemian style pilsner lager is named in honor of JP and Amelia’s first child, Felix. This pilsner is smooth and clean with a balanced hop flavor. Brewed with sorghum, brown rice, Belgian-style candi sugar, Czech Saaz hops, Oregon Magnum hops, yeast, and water. Made in the classic Pilsner style, this beer is brewed under strict temperature control and lagered (laid up) for two weeks. 

Our newest year-round release, a long-awaited stout! Blackbird Stout is brewed with malted millet and malted rice for a dark, earthy, roasty flavor. An instant favorite. Brewed with malted millet, malted rice, hops, yeast, and water.

Brewed with Mosaic hops and buckwheat honey, this juicy, citrucy IPA has been in high demand this spring.
